I'm a novice when it comes to firearms and went to the gun counter and Tom was very kind, professional, and patient and helped me feel very comfortable about getting what I needed. I have been to other big name Sporting Good franchises we're the Firearms salesman was condescending and arrogant in front of my daughter due to my lack of knowledge about firearms. Sportsman's Warehouse has a customer for life.

Great outdoor store. I purchased a variety of products, unfortunately the waterproof gloves leaked like a sieve...they refunded me for them.

Good store for a variety of things. I enjoy shopping here as the prices are competitive and the selection is wide. I have even stopped in the store with some kids to kill some time and I had a great time with the animals on display and the wide variety of interesting items. Sportsman's warehouse is also a good place to pick up gifts if you run out of ideas.

Was unable to make it to the store in person. Called and talked to a lady in the fishing department about placing an order online and having it picked up right after. Was able to have a vacuum sealer picked up 30minutes before close and save my cooler full of salmon. Great customer service.

This is where I come for all my bow needs and tuning for the last 5 years. The gentleman that runs the archery section is very patient and knowledgeable. I've been to other small shops in the area, but I much prefer this one because I'm always helped on weighting my options on what is best for me and my price range. I've also been at the in the store when he is helping other customers (young and older) and he's a very good teacher to them and me as well.

First time at this location. Bought some sweet gloves for driving. They have muck boots but not the ones I wanted but they have a wide variety of boots and lots of other stuff to choose from.

Plenty of helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. Veterans discount on purchase. Have returned several times to discuss a purchase that I made and have received nothing but stellar customer service and product support since initial purchase. Purchased a pair of snowshoes for a very competitive price compared to REI, ended up returning them for a refund and was given a full refund with no questions asked. People at the front counter are very friendly and helpful.

What a great experience, we had just left another gun store after a bad experience with the salesman and when we came here we were greeted with a much friendlier salesman (unfortunately I don't remember his name) huge shout out to him! he explained everything we had questions about in great detail and really helped me and my partners experience, he made her feel comfortable and confident in an area where she is still new to. We left ecstatic with a fantastic handgun (sig p365) that she absolutely loved and we are so pumped to get out to the range this weekend. Thanks for being so kind, helpful and taking the time to answer all our questions and offer awesome suggestions. Again really wish I remembered the gentleman's name (came in 01/30/26 @5pm) give that man a raise sportsmans!
